3. Booking and Reservations
Making a Booking
Bookings may be made via our website contact form, by email to office@yaronvip.com, or by telephone at 054-492-4937. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from YARON V·I·P.
Booking Information
To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information including: full passenger name(s), pickup date and time, pickup address, destination address, number of passengers, and any special requirements. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate booking information.
Booking Confirmation
Upon receiving your booking request, we will provide a written quotation. Your booking is confirmed only upon your explicit acceptance of the quotation and any required payment or deposit. A confirmation will be sent to your provided email address.
Flight Monitoring
For airport pickup services, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust driver schedules accordingly at no extra charge, subject to reasonable delays. Passengers are requested to notify us promptly of any significant changes to flight itineraries.
4. Pricing and Payment
Quotation and Pricing
All prices are quoted per trip or per engagement, in Israeli New Shekel (ILS) or the currency specified in your quotation. Prices are inclusive of fuel, driver time, and standard tolls unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include gratuity, which is entirely at the client's discretion.
Waiting time beyond the agreed pickup window may incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated to you in advance of any booking.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due prior to or at the time of service delivery. For corporate accounts with approved credit arrangements, invoices are due within 30 days of the service date.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for: excessive waiting time beyond the agreed grace period; routing changes requested during the journey that significantly increase the distance or time; tolls not included in the original quotation; parking fees where applicable; and any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or passengers.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation with more than 24 hours' notice - full refund of any prepaid amounts, with no cancellation fee
- Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup - 50% of the agreed fare will be charged as a cancellation fee
- Cancellation with less than 12 hours' notice - the full agreed fare will be charged
- No-show (client fails to appear at the pickup location without prior notice) - the full agreed fare will be charged
All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing by email to office@yaronvip.com or confirmed by telephone. The time of cancellation is deemed to be when we receive the written notice or acknowledge the call.
Cancellations by YARON V·I·P
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a confirmed booking, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and will arrange, at our expense, alternative transportation of equivalent or higher standard where possible. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, a full refund of any prepaid amounts will be issued within 7 business days.
Special Events and Peak Periods
Different cancellation terms may apply to special event bookings, holiday periods, or group bookings of five or more vehicles. These will be communicated clearly at the time of booking and included in the written confirmation.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client of YARON V·I·P, you agree to:
- Be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
- Inform us of the correct number of passengers and any significant luggage requirements prior to the journey
- Ensure that all passengers comply with Israeli law, including mandatory seatbelt requirements
- Behave respectfully toward our drivers and not engage in conduct that is threatening, abusive, or disruptive
- Not consume alcohol or controlled substances within our vehicles
- Not smoke or use any vaping devices within any of our vehicles
- Comply with the driver's reasonable instructions regarding safety and route
- Inform us in advance of any special requirements, including accessibility or medical needs
We reserve the right to terminate a service in progress without refund if a client or any passenger engages in conduct that endangers safety, is abusive toward our driver, or causes damage to the vehicle.
7. Liability and Damages
Our Liability
YARON V·I·P carries all legally required insurance coverage for private passenger transportation in Israel. In the event of an accident or incident caused by our driver's negligence, our liability is governed by applicable Israeli law, including the Road Accidents Victims Compensation Law, 5735-1975.
We are not liable for: delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; items left in our vehicles (though we will make all reasonable efforts to recover and return them); indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, missed appointments, or lost business opportunities.
Vehicle Damage by Client
Clients are fully liable for any damage to our vehicles caused by themselves or their passengers, including soiling requiring professional cleaning, damage to upholstery or interior fixtures, and breakage. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of professional repair and any associated loss of earnings during the vehicle's repair or cleaning period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service engagement.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Privacy
Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at privacy.html. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with GDPR and Israeli privacy law. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.
10. Force Majeure
YARON V·I·P shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, severe weather events, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, government orders or declarations of emergency, strikes or industrial action, or failure of critical third-party infrastructure.
In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as practicable and will make all reasonable efforts to fulfil our obligations or arrange a suitable alternative. If we are unable to fulfil a booking due to force majeure, a full refund of any prepaid amounts will be issued.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
The parties agree that the competent courts of the State of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided by YARON V·I·P.
12. Dispute Resolution
We believe that most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication. If you have a complaint or concern, we encourage you to contact us first:
- Email: office@yaronvip.com
- Phone: 054-492-4937
We commit to acknowledging your complaint within 2 business days and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties may seek mediation before commencing legal proceedings. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and YARON V·I·P with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will endeavour to provide notice via email where we hold your contact details. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
